What we do
- We provide 8 registered nursing homes in Greenwich (Arnold House, Charlton Road, The Gables, Erindale, 145 Lodge Hill and 1,2 & 3 Samuel Close).
- We work with Adults aged 19 years +and over.
- We provide nursing care for adults with specific health needs, assessment and care plan for each service user, and help coordinate and support service users in life planning.Respite care is available in one home.
How to refer
We only accept referrals through the CLDT We work with people with a learning disability who have specific health needs.
Cost
There are charges for respite and residential care.
The charges for residential care are determined at assessment. This depends on the level of an individual's needs.
