What we do
- We provide a 24 hour service. We install small emergency alarm units (Lifelines) into the homes of residents and connect them via their phone line to our control centre.
- We deal with emergency calls for help from these alarms.
- There is no upper or lower age limit, no eligibility criteria and no assessment process.
How to refer
- Referrals are taken on a phone call to main office number.
- Anyone can refer to the service including self-referrals.
Cost
There is a small weekly charge for the service.
