What we do
- We work with people living in the borough of Greenwich who have a learning disability. We enable people to actively take part in community life and have a valued role in society. This can be through independent travel, education, employment, volunteering, leisure activities and memberships of clubs/organisations.
- We work closely with the day services to help develop new ideas and new projects.
- We try to be flexible when responding to individual requests.
How to refer
People can self-refer or be referred by a parent, carer, professional or the CLDT.
To receive a service, you must be on the CLDT register.
Cost
- Some people may have to pay a charge following a financial assessment.
- There are also charges for some activities based in the community.(eg:- swimming)
