What we do
- We provide a service to adults aged 18 and over. We offer counselling, group work, drop-ins, advocacy and a specifically targeted Asian counselling service.
- We run men's and women's groups, supported therapy groups and many other groups. Some courses are run in partnership with Greenwich Community College such as yoga, etc.
- The groups offered are subject to change. If a service user requires support from a worker to attend drop-ins this is fine. We work with individuals to respond to their needs.
How to refer
- You can self-refer. You do not have to have a diagnosed mental health problem. Group referrals are accepted from other professionals.
- The service is not specifically aimed at people with a learning disability, but is open to all referrals.
Cost
There are some charges for the Greenwich Community College jointly run courses. There are reductions for Greenwich cardholders.
