What we do
- We provide a service to adults aged 18+ who mainly have mental ill health issues.
- We offer counselling, group work, drop-ins, advocacy and a specifically targeted Asian counselling service.
- We run men's and women's groups, supported therapy groups and other groups.
- There are also courses run in partnership with Greenwich Community College such as yoga, etc. Groups change.
- Phone for up-to-date information on existing groups. Service users who need support from a worker to go to drop-ins please get in touch with us.
How to refer
- People can self-refer and this is particularly encouraging for people wishing to receive a counselling service.
- The service tries to respond to individual needs.
