What we do
- We provide short term respite breaks to carers in their own homes on a planned basis for a minimum of two hours.
- We work with carers of adults with a learning disability.
- We have trained support workers who are able to provide practical support.
How to refer
Referrals to Crossroads are made via the CLDT who carry out an assessment of need to find out more about an individual's support requirements. If they feel it is appropriate, the CLDT will refer to Crossroads.
Cost
People are charged according to Greenwich Council's charging policy.
