What we do
- We are a voluntary sector special needs housing association who provides group housing or flats for people with specific support needs for people aged 18 and over.
- We aim to give each individual the best chance to gain the skills and confidence to enable them to play an active role in the community and to move to independent accommodation where possible.
- People must need our services, be able to share with others in a mixed group setting, to share with people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds, to manage on day-to-day with support, to budget with support and to look after themselves.
How to refer
Self referral or referred through another agency or professional. A referral form must be completed and an interview will follow if the person is considered suitable.
Cost
Rent - other charges depend on the support that people need.
