What we do
- We work with young people with learning disabilities to include them and support them through their 14+ and 16+ Education review and throughout the transitional planning toward Adult Services.
- We also work with young people in group settings to promote group and self advocacy skills to learn about working in meetings and to speak out & have fun, we use video, art and drama to do this.
How to refer
People can self refer. The project also identifies people through their outreach work.
