What we do
- We offer long-term support to people living independently in the community.
- We work with adults aged 18 and over with a learning disability.
- We also offer an assessment of independent living skills and training and support to people who want to live independently.
How to refer
We accept referrals via the Community Learning Disability Team. Once a referral has been made, we carry out an assessment with individuals to look at their independent living skills.
