Community Link
We set up Community Link to supports people to use a range of activities in the community. - Community Link supports people to access 5 different community based activities, around Sport, Art, Green Projects, Basic Skills and IT.
- People are also supported to go to adult education classes and do other training.
Sherard Road

Sherard Road has been modernised so we can better support people to develop skills that help independence.
- The facilities in the building include a UK online learning centre, a café and a kitchen to support people who want to be more independent.
Woolwich Dockyard
Woolwich Dockyard supports people with complex needs and helps them access the community, as well as meet their health needs through activities such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy.- A community nurse from Oxleas NHS Trust works in the service.
- We have recently finished a refurbishment of the building including - it now has a spa pool and snoozelen room.
Heathview Day Service
Heathview is a small day service for people with challenging behaviour.- It works closely with Psychologists based in the Community Learning Disability Team.
Older Person's Service
- This is a day service that supports older people with learning disabilities who have health needs to do with their age and disability.
